Alberto Rosselli, along with Gio Ponti and Antonio Fornaroli, founded Studio PFR in 1950. The studio was responsible for the Pirelli Tower in Milan, influential to architects in other cities. The Jumbo chair, designed nearly two decades later, demonstrates Rosselli’s interest in leveraging leading technology to produce novel forms.
