FAQs
What is Superhouse?
Superhouse is a New York gallery dedicated to design and fine craft. Founded in 2020, we present exhibitions that bring together contemporary makers and historic works, highlighting the creativity and stories behind furniture, objects, and sculpture.
Where are you located, and when can I visit?
We’re located at 120 Walker Street in Tribeca, New York City. Our exhibitions are open during gallery hours and also by appointment. Upcoming openings and events are always announced on our website and Instagram.
What kind of art and design do you show?
We showcase a wide range of work—from hand-woven textiles and experimental ceramics to postmodern furniture and contemporary craft. Each exhibition explores the intersections of art, design, history, and culture in a way that’s meant to be engaging for both specialists and first-time visitors.
Is there an admission fee?
No, admission to Superhouse is always free. We want our exhibitions to be accessible and welcoming to everyone.
I’m new to collecting — how do I collect from Superhouse?
Many of our visitors are first-time collectors, and we’re here to make the process approachable. Whether you’re drawn to a piece of furniture, a textile, or a ceramic, we can answer questions about materials, context, and care. You can email us at hello@superhouse.us or visit the gallery to explore available works.
How can I keep up with what’s happening at Superhouse?
You can join our email list to receive invitations to openings, events, and special projects. We also share updates, behind-the-scenes content, and artist features on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Artsy.
